Trixy Tang

Time machine on stage. Let these young guys take ya down memory lane, one rif at a time.  These guys remind me of every wanna be rocker that cruised the halls in high school back in the 80s, and I say that with the up most respect. A little rough around the edges, but the choice of songs make it work.  Enjoy the mix of 80s & 90s rock Trixy spits out at ya and always remember to rock out with your wallet out.

Stone Thrown

It's nice to see, strike that, hear young musicians appreciate some great blues and rock.  Boy can these boys play. Such a tight sound played with passion and focus. This Grand Rapids area based band is a must check out talent.

Kastanza

How do you blend the sounds of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stevie Ray Vaughn and The Darkness, then add some Soul?  Well you ask Ben, Andy & Kevin aka Kastanza to whip something out.  I first saw these monsters of innovation at Billy's Lounge in Grand Rapids, MI.  Amazed by not only the eclectic sounds but the incredible talents that spewed from their instruments.  Watch out for these guys, because you WILL be hearing more from them in the days to come. ****1/2
